Welcome to Pawture. This store is operated by 寵物未來有限公司 (trading as Pawture). By using the website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms, subject to applicable law.

1. Products and Personalization

We offer personalized pet collars, matching accessories and complete sets. Customers are responsible for reviewing engraving text, color, size and selected options before submitting orders. We aim to reproduce the details provided accurately. Minor differences in monitor color and fabric pattern placement may occur.

2. Orders and Availability

Orders are subject to payment authorization, stock availability and acceptance. We may contact customers about inaccurate product information or fulfillment issues. If an accepted order cannot be fulfilled, we will provide an appropriate remedy or refund according to applicable law.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Shipping fees and applicable taxes will be presented during checkout. Payments are processed by the available payment providers. Future prices and promotions may change, but changes do not alter the agreed price of an accepted order except as law permits.

4. Matching Accessories and Sets

Eligible matching accessories purchased with a qualifying collar receive 10% off the accessories only. Collars remain full price. The discount is applied automatically to eligible accessories in the cart; accessories without a qualifying collar do not receive this offer. Where a fixed complete matching set is offered, it includes the components identified on its product page at the displayed set price. Offers apply only under stated conditions, and discounts are not automatically stacked twice.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Personalized goods may have special restrictions due to their custom-made nature. Please review our Return & Refund Policy and Order Cancellation Policy. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

7. Product Safety and Use

Choose the correct size, follow the intended use of collars and accessories, supervise pets appropriately, and inspect products for damage. Breakaway and non-breakaway designs have different intended functions; refer to each product's description.

8. Intellectual Property

Original Pawture branding, product images, copy, illustrations and designs belong to 寵物未來有限公司 (trading as Pawture) or are used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property rules. Unauthorized commercial reuse is prohibited except as permitted by law.

9. Website Use

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful content or attempt unauthorized access.

10. Service Providers

This store is powered by Shopify and may use payment providers, production partners, fulfillment providers and shipping carriers. Applicable third-party terms may also apply.

11. Liability and Legal Rights

To the extent permitted by law, 寵物未來有限公司 (trading as Pawture) does not accept liability for loss caused by improper use or events outside reasonable control. These Terms do not limit any legal rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
